Condition
All VANGUARD products are supplied brand new. We do not supply remanufactured or rebuilt units, and no core charge or core return applies to any of our references.
Warranty
24 months from date of shipment.

| Does not cover | Labour, removal and refitting, freight both ways, downtime or any consequential loss |
| Excluded | Damage from incorrect fitment or application, low or defective battery, faulty wiring or charging circuit, water ingress, physical damage, or any unit that has been opened or modified |
| Claim procedure | Contact us with the VANGUARD reference, invoice number and fault description to obtain an RMA number before returning any unit. Units returned without an RMA number cannot be processed. |
| Our response | We acknowledge within 3 working days of receiving a complete claim |
