Quality

VANGUARD is a trading company; our products are built by partner factories. Our job is to audit those factories' systems — to make sure the inspections and tests that should happen do happen — and to stand behind what we ship.

What we actually do

• Incoming inspection — critical components verified by batch
• End-of-line testing — voltage, current/output, rotation and tooth count checked unit by unit
• Batch traceability — production and inspection records retained per batch
• Pre-shipment re-check — quantity, packing, labelling and documents

Test reports

Test reports are issued by the manufacturing factory and can be supplied with the goods or on request.

Certification

Products manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities.

VANGUARD is a trading company and does not itself hold manufacturing certification. Our role is to select and audit certified factories, and to verify that the required inspections and tests have been carried out on every batch we ship. Factory certificates are available on request.
